Meet the Team

  • Sarah Pullings

    FOUNDER/OWNER/BCBA

    Sarah has worked in the field of ABA for 13 years with a variety of ages ranging from 2 years -46 years. Sarah loves working with individuals in this field of practice and enjoys seeing the progress each client makes. Sarah has an AA in Early Childhood Education, a BA in Liberal Studies emphasis education, a MS in Psychology with a Specialization in Applied Behavioral Analysis and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Sarah enjoys going to the coast with her fiancé, playing with her dogs, and watching black and white movies.

  • Emily Templeton

    Behavior Therapist

    Emily has been working in the field for 6 months but has worked with children for many years. She is currently in the process of getting her RBT license within the next month. She has an Associates degree from Portland Community College, and enjoys reading and in her spare time. She joined the field of ABA to help give others the opportunity to become their best selves and enjoys getting to have some fun along the way.

  • Samantha Reynoldson

    Registered Behavior Technician

    Sam has always loved working with kids. She started as a preschool assistant teacher in 2019, then she tried her hand in ABA in 2021 and instantly found her passion in helping the kids succeed and grow. She is high school graduate, a Registered Behavioral Therapist and will soon be working towards becoming a BCBA. When she’s not working she enjoys doing DIY projects and going hiking with her dogs Peaches and Stella.

  • Melissa Thayer

    Behavior Therapist

    Melissa has worked with children for many years now. She started in high school when she would nanny. She continued nannying while in college studying education. She then moved to being a behavior technician a year ago. She enjoys working with kids and seeing them grow and learn new skills. She is currently working towards becoming an RBT and is hoping to be one within the next month. When not working she enjoys hiking, reading, and playing with her dog.

  • Taylor Babcock

    Behavior Therapist

    Taylor has always loved working with kids. She started working with the special education department in her high school back in 2015. In 2024 Taylor tried her hand in ABA where she found her passion with working full time with kids. Taylor is a high school graduate, but she is currently in school to get her bachelor’s degree to become a teacher. Taylor started working in the field of ABA to help kids learn and grow. Taylor is working towards her RBT currently. When she isn’t working Taylor enjoys playing video games with her friends and going to the beach with her family and puppies.
